Meet the Staff
Emily is our office manager and has been working with Dr. Coppin since 2010. She will assist you with your dental insurance and financial questions and she is also able to get you scheduled for exams and appointments in our office. Emily is married and likes to spend her free time with her friends and family as well as taking her two black labs duck hunting. They recently added a new dog named Tug to their bunch.
Debbie is our administrative assistant, hygiene coordinator and has experience with both dental assisting and administrative work. She love talking with the patients and strives to make everyone feel welcomed. Debbie works closely with the dental offices and through the years has built a great relationship with our referring offices. She also spends a lot of time at the Riverdale Raceway racing her 1999 Camaro. She loves adventure but most importantly spending time with her family.
Amanda is our Treatment Coordinator and joined our office in 2020. She has been on the administration side of dental for many years with a large background in dental insurance. She will help you navigate your dental benefits and help coordinate your treatment needs. Her favorite part of being in dentistry is getting to meet new people everyday!
When she’s not in the office she enjoys crafting, fishing, and camping with her family.
Veronica is our billing specialist and she will be happy to answer any billing related questions. She will do her best to get the most from your insurance and explain your benefits in detail. She just moved to the Washington area from California and loves spending time with her family and exploring the outdoors, especially the Nisqually River.
Hayley has worked in the dental field since 2019 both in the front office and as a Registered Dental Assistant. Her smiling face is the first one you see when you walk in our office.
When she isn’t working, she spends most of her free time at home with their rescue dogs. She also enjoys spending time with her family and friends, traveling and working in the yard.
Christie has been a periodontal assistant for 12 years. She has been part of our staff for the last 10 years. Christie will make you feel comfortable from your first visit at our office to your last appointment. Outside of work she likes to spend time with her husband and watch her girls play basketball and soccer.
Caytlin is a certified dental assistant and graduated from South Puget Sound’s Dental Assisting Program in June 2018. She loves making patients feel comfortable from their first step in our office to their last. When she is not at work she enjoys time with her family and exploring the outdoors.
Silvia graduated from the SPSCC Dental Assisting Program in June 2018.
“I love helping others. Being able to reach out to the Spanish speaking patients is also awesome because I get to help a larger group of people as well. My favorite part of being an assistant is making people feel at ease and comfortable at the dental office!”
Outside of work she enjoys learning new things, baking, and spending time with friends and family.
Gaby is a registered dental assistant and graduated from South Puget Sound Community College in 2016.
She does a little bit of everything at the office and even translates to Spanish at times! Outside of work she loves to spend time with friends and family and go shopping. She also likes to ride fast motorcycles!
Layce is a registered dental assistant. She graduated from Lower Columbia Dental Assisting Program in 2018. Her warm smile will welcome you as she brings you back to an exam room. She helps patients feel comfortable and relaxed. Her favorite thing about being a dental assistant is seeing patients’ smiles transformed. Outside of work she likes to spend time with family and explore the outdoors.
Mesha is a registered dental assistant. For as long as she can remember, her goal was to work in the dental field. She completed her dental assisting program in 2018. She enjoys creating a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for patients.
She loves spending quality time with her friends and family. One of her favorite things to do is head to the beach on a warm day with her dog, Daisy.
Jasmine always had good experiences growing up going to the dentist and knew that she wanted to enter that field some day. She became a certified dental assistant in 2018 after graduating from the SPSCC Dental Assisting Program. She does her best to provide a safe and comfortable environment for patients to feel relaxed and well cared for.
Outside of work she enjoys weightlifting, going on hikes and spending quality time with her friends and family.
Our Dental Hygienists
Stacey graduated from Pierce College Dental Hygiene Program in 2000 and has worked for this office ever since. She enjoys the level of teamwork and camaraderie that all the employees share here. In her spare time Stacey likes playing the flute, rollerblading, baking desserts, hiking & skiing around the beautiful Pacific Northwest with her husband, Steve.
Elizabeth is a graduate from the University of Hawaii with a Bachelor’s degree in Dental Hygiene. She was born and raised on the beautiful island of Oahu and moved to Washington in the summer of 2019.

In her free time she enjoys traveling and exploring Washington with her family.
Meagan graduated from Pierce College with a Bachelor of Applied Science degree in Dental Hygiene. She also earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Psychology from California State University, Sacramento. Meagan was born and raised in the Bay Area of California and moved to Washington in 2016.
Pursuing a career in dental hygiene was born from combining two of her passions, science and education! She enjoys helping people achieve their oral health needs while maintaining the integral relationship with their overall health.
Outside of work, Meagan enjoys spending time with her family. Usually, they are traveling to the coast or heading for the mountains!
Anna graduated from the Pierce College Dental Hygiene Program in 2015 and was awarded the “Golden Scaler Award” by the director of the program. She worked in a Perio office in Tacoma until moving down to Lacey. She finds helping patients with dental anxiety and periodontal disease very rewarding and loves the atmosphere of a specialty clinic.
Outside of the office she is a busy mom to 3 young boys and enjoys serving on the music team at her local church playing violin and piano. She loves going for walks and enjoys gardening and all things homemaking.
