We are concerned about your dental care and want to ensure you that it is performed in the most responsible manner. In order to assist you with the investment in your dental health, we have outlined our payment policy.

Emergency/Single-Visit Payments

For single-visit procedures, our policy is that payment is due in full at the time of service. For your convenience we accept cash, checks, money orders, and credit card payment (MasterCard, Visa, Discover and American Express).

Payment Options

We typically do not offer any in-office financing, however, every situation is different so please contact us at (360)357-9880 if you have questions about your specific financial needs.

Outside Financing – For those who would prefer an extended payment plan.  Our office works exclusively with Care Credit, Care Credit has many different payment options including a 12 month no interest payment option as well as extended low interest payment plans.  If you would like more information regarding Care Credit or would like to apply for a Care Credit card please go to www.carecredit.com.

We also work with ChaseHealthAdvance Financing options.  We over 12 and 18 month no interest plans in our office as well as various low interest options for extended payment plans.  With their convenient payment plans, a simple application and an instant decision, you can schedule your treatment today and pay for it over time.  There are 3 ways to apply; in office (we can submit an application online or by fax for an instant decision), Online (you can go online to www.chasehealthadvance.com, and apply directly, or by phone at 800-510-5638 and receive your credit decision while on the phone. 

For your convenience, payments may be made with cash, personal check, and bank draft, Discover, Visa, MasterCard or American Express. If you have any problems or questions, please ask our staff.
